  • Telecommunications Installation and working at heights - 1

  • GMS Tower Riggers are SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) certified, hold 80 hour first aid certificates, are professional climbers and guides certified through the ACMG (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides) and are tower rescue trained with rescue kits on-site.

    GMS meets all WCB regulatory requirements for work at heights, including requirements for provision of rescue and documented safe work plans.

    Our safe work practices are compatible with project efficiency, we are able to met deadlines under the challenging demands of the telecommunications industry.

    GMS offers the following services:

    - Install and replace FAA lights
    - Install and Replace Antennas/Dishes
    - Sweep and troubleshoot antennas
    - Perform microwave point to point path alignments
    - Test grounding system resistance and perform repairs
    - Maintain lines
    - Perform preventative equipment maintenance
